Hyrule Castle Town · As a child
Something happened at the castle. I don't know
exactly what though...
I heard a Gerudo man was chasing after Princess
Zelda as she fled the castle.
I didn't see it myself, but that's the rumor
going around.
Sorry, I don't have anything more interesting to say
about it right now. So, anyway...
What a well-made mask! Actually, now that I've
got a closer look...is it really? Hmm...
Huh? Oh, sorry... I was lost in thought.
It's not safe around here lately, so I'm thinking
about moving... Where would you move to?
I could play it safe and go to Kakariko Village, but
there may be a bit of a land shortage there.
I could take the leap and move to Goron City...
But then what will I eat? Rocks?
I could move to Zora Domain... It sounds nice,
but what if everything there is just slightly moist?
Even if I were to move away, how could I ever
make a decision on where to move to?
Moving may be an option, but the number of
things to consider seems overwhelming...
Would it be best to move? I'm torn...
It's a bit chilly out... Don't you think?
Are you out shopping too? I'm guessing we shop
at different stores, you and I.
Talking againMorning
Well, good morning. You certainly seem ready to
take on the day.
Talking againDaytime
Hello there. Are you out on an errand?
Talking againEvening
Good evening. I see you like evening strolls too.
Oh! It's a featured item... Maybe I should buy it...
Oh my! How lovely! Maybe I should buy it...
Hm. I can't afford this with the rupees I have on
me right now... Oh well. Maybe next time.
Shopping is exhausting...
I'm tired out from focusing all morning... It's break
time for me.
Do you buy the things you want immediately, as
soon as you can?
I always hesitate—even when I'm buying the stuff
I need. Is that strange?
Do you ever pick something out but right before
you buy it you decide you don't really need it?
Does that only happen to me?
I'm about to go check a different store. The prices
vary from shop to shop!
What will the prices be like at the next store?
Hm... This place seems popular too...
I might have to shop there later as well...
I'm on my way to another store now. I'd invite you
along, but I don't think you'd enjoy it.
I'm trying to hurry to the next store, so I can't
really stop and talk.
That's nice... This is nice too...
Maybe this could work? Oh, never mind.
If I don't buy it now, I might regret it... But if I do
buy it now, I could regret it even more...
Wow, it's later than I thought... The store closed
while I was still trying to make a decision...
Isn't it a little late for you to be out?
I'm headed to check out this place where you can
play their game at any time, day or night!
Have you tried Bombchu bowling yet?
I heard they have some fancy prizes. It must take
some skill.
You should probably practice before you try
playing it yourself.
I hear they've got great prizes! But it seems like
they haven't been up and running for a while.
Maybe they don't have enough of the special
bombs they use for their game. Hmm...
Evening
You're out awfully late. Naughty, naughty! Heh...
Just kidding!
Evening
You can play at both the Bombchu Bowling Alley
and the Treasure-Chest Shop now! Heh heh!
I didn't end up buying anything. Maybe I'll find
something in another shop.
I was just at a store, and everything I was thinking
about buying sold out as I deliberated.
But since I came all this way, I should still try to
find something to buy before I go home...
I need to find something to buy...
I wonder if anything's on sale here...
They sold out of their featured item... I should've
bought it when I had the chance...
The sun's already up... I need to hurry home and
get some sleep.
I got lost in thought, and now look at the time!
This is terrible! I still needed skin cream...
Morning
Hee hee... Good morning, boy. You certainly seem
ready to take on the day.
I'm out shopping, but this town has everything...
It's a little overwhelming! You be careful with your
rupees, alright? Don't spend them willy-nilly!
Daytime
Hee hee... Hello there. Are you out on an errand?
Evening
Hee hee... Good evening. What are you doing out
walking around at this hour?
When you walk by
I'm so torn...
When you walk by
I'm still torn...
When you walk by
I can't decide...
When you walk by
Which do people prefer?
When you walk by
I can never decide...
When you walk by
What do you think?
When you walk by
It's not an easy choice...
When you walk by
This is tempting too...
When you walk by
What a curious place...
When you walk by
What can you win?
When you walk by
"Bombchu...bowling"?
When you walk by
It's actually open!
Wearing the Mask of Truth

savings to buy a second property.

Wearing the Mask of Truth
That's one big eye on that mask... I feel like it's looking into my
mind somehow...
Will it reveal that I spend so little money that I could afford to
buy myself a new house with all the rupees I've saved?
Wearing the Mask of Truth
I don't remember how to actually spend my money now that
I've saved it up... This could be a problem...

In cutscenes
Maybe... There's already plenty of Hylians in
Kakariko Village, so that might be the safest bet.
Then again, it might be fun living in Goron City!
I gave it a try once, but no... I don't think so. Looks
like Kakariko is our only choice.
