Pierre

Hey, it's been a while! ...Hang on. Is that a mask?
Well, I'll be!

Oops, I got lost in thought.

What's up? Haven't heard enough yet, eh?

Happy to share that song with you again, if so.

Alrighty! Could you step back a little?

Okey dokey. Here's the song you played the other
day for me. Here I go!

Not that me remembering will do ya much good.

So you're quitting, huh...

...Whoa there! If you're that close, I might bump
into you.

OK then, listen up. Here we go!

Hmmm...too bad.

You're no fun...

The song you played for me will remain forever in
my heart!

Shall I share it with ya?

Hey! How's it going?

The song you played for me has remained in my
heart all this time.

Shall I share it with ya?

C'mon, shake my soul with a little ditty!

If you know a good song, share it with me. With
that ocarina of yours!

Hey there! I'm the wandering scarecrow Pierre!

My heart's desire is to wander in search of soul-
shaking songs.

You'll play a song for me? Thanks!

Nice song! I'll hold it in my heart!

Let me play it back for ya.

♪Whoa! Easy to memorize—can't help
but dance!♪

Oh, that's right!

Would you play a song for the scarecrow over
yonder too?

He's got a good memory, so it might come in
handy in the future!

But I was all excited...

You gonna play for me? Something soul-shaking,
if you please!

A soul-shaking song...

Aim carefully!

Alrighty, lemme pull myself together...

Hi there!

Howdy!

Inspiring!

Such a great tune.

Nice song.

Hey! Calling me here, of all places? Your fiery
endeavors are gonna set my straw alight!

Hey! You wanna cross here? Sorry for blocking
your way.

This small platform is to blame though. C'mon,
you big-hearted fella, dance with me!

Hey! Whenever I hear that soul-shaking music, I'll
wander near, I'll wander far...I'll wander over to
where you are!

That's me, good ol' scarecrow Pierre!

Thanks for playing those soul-shaking sounds!

Hey! Good job noticing this place. Careful where
ya step—don't fall!

Hey! Ooo, am I inside a temple? You don't get to
do that every day.

Can't wait to see what you show me next,
my friend!

Hey! You must be pretty courageous if you're
hanging around the Gerudo Fortress.

Anyway, I'll be stuffed full of sand if we stay here
for too long. Let's get going!

Hey! Is your key collecting going well? This
wandering scarecrow will be delighted to
assist you.

Hey! I heard your hypnotic music. I'm energized
by soul-shaking songs!

But I'm not in a great spot, as you can see. The
tower is blocking the view of the lake.

If you get a higher vantage point, I bet you'd have
a clear view of the scenery.

Hey! The wandering scarecrow who goes
anywhere—you know the guy. It's me! Pierre!

Hey! It's that song I love. So, you gonna jam out
with the fishes today?

Me? I wanna catch a big fish with nothin' but a
pole and a single stalk of straw—and then dance
the night away!

With a soul-shaking song, I offer up my straw of
salvation—the straw of scarecrow Pierre!

Monsters are no match for us here. Hop, step, and
skip your way to victory, my friend.

Hey! Your soul-shaking sounds have been
etched into my very heart.

I'll watch over your perilous adventure from here.
Wish I could fight alongside ya, my friend.

Hey! Disappointed that there's nothing but pots?
Well, despair not, young adventurer.

With me in the mix, you've gotta be having the
most exciting time, eh?

Hey! You call, I come! That's how the wandering
Pierre does things.

This place sure is dark... How exciting! I can only
imagine what adventure awaits you, my friend!

Well, just know I'm always watching over you.
This is your story, after all!

Hey! Those royal tones have got some soul! Me?
Well, little old Pierre just has the soul of
a scarecrow.

I've got no doubt you'll see this complex and
mysterious endeavor of yours through to the
end. Keep on fighting, you wild spirit, you!

Hey! Good job finding this place. Love your
explorer's spirit—it's so enchanting!

Yaaay!

A fine breeze is stirring!

I must dance!

You scared me! Thought it was an animal talking
to me.

You scared me! Thought it was a skeleton talking
to me.

You scared me! I've never seen a face like that.

Cute! Isn't that the critter from a long time ago
that hopped around?

Does someone made of straw have a heart, they ask? What a
rude question.

Zora? Wait, you're not a Zora, you say? Well,
I'll be!

Goron? Wait, you're not a Goron, you say? Well,
I'll be!

Gerudo? Wait, you're not a Gerudo, you say?
Well, I'll be!

Heyyy, Princess, it's been a while! ...Hang on. Is
that a mask? Well, I'll be!

Hey, kid. Turn that frown upside down! ...Hang
on. Is that a mask? Well, I'll be!

Hey, baby!

Heeeey, I wanna join!

Your beats—I've received them!

It is I! Pierre, the wandering scarecrow! You've
gotten big, big boy!

To thank you for playing me that soul-shaking
melody, I'd like to help you out.

If you see straw dancing in the wind, play the
Scarecrow Song.

That'll be my sign to head your way. As soon as
those funky notes hit my ears, I'll rush on over!

Well then, I'll be off! Off on my great, meandering
journey.

Lemme hear some soulful music again!

It is I! Pierre, the wandering scarecrow!

Come on!
